Im new and I want to check out the gym. What and When are staffed hours?
Staffed hours are like office hours. Come by to see the gym, ask us questions on how to use the equipment, say hello, etc. Staffed hours are by appointment. Please contact if you'd like to schedule an appointment.
I would like to make changes to my membership.
Any and all changes must be done BEFORE the 5th of month. You must email the gym at info@starrwt.com (info@starrwt.com.) with what changes you'd like to see, whether it's membership change, cancellation, etc
Do you have drop in /day pass?
Yes. A drop in pass/ day pass is $20. We also have weekly or 1-month membership available since we have a lot of travelers coming thru. All memberships and day pass must be purchased online prior to entry.
If you simply just want to stop in to see or tour the gym, please visit us during staffed hours or email/text/call us to schedule an appointment.
How do I purchase drinks/merchandise?
Find Sarah, Tony, Huey, or one of the trainers. We have the ability to bill to your account, otherwise all major credit cards accepted.
I wanted a drink, but nobody was around and the fridge was locked.
See previous question. It means we're closed 😃 Sorry!
Can I bring a guest?
Yes of course! Have your guest purchase a day pass online. You AND your guest must also check-in via app upon arrival at the door. Failure to do so will result in a policy violation, which triggers us to be notified that you might have snuck in someone. This= $300 fee/penalty. (Even if its to show your friend the gym without actually working out)
Can I bring my kids or baby?
For safety and liability reasons, we do not allow kids. It can can create potential safety hazards and distractions for other paying members. Unfortunetly, we do not have a dedicated childcare area.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. If you experience an emergency or special situation, please contact us in advance by phone, text, or email so we can discuss possible accommodations.
When's the most busy time at the gym?
Most gyms are most busy after work hours. I would anticipate the gym to be busy Monday-Friday 4-6. Sometimes you might get lucky where there wont be anyone there! 😝
Do I have to check-in every time even if me and my friend both have memberships or day passes?
YES. EACH PERSON MUST CHECK-IN. We require all patrons to check-in. Failure to do so may result in $300 fee as noted on your membership agreement. This is to prevent any unauthorized visitors from tagging along behind you. Yes, there are cameras. :)
Do you take cash for payments for anything?
No. We are cashless business. We only accept credit card payments.
Do you offer towel service?
BYOT. Bring Your Own Towel. If you're a sweaty person, it is encouraged to bring a towel. The towels available are used to wipe down equipment.
Where can I park?
There are three dedicated spots in front of the gym. First come first serve. Please be mindful of parking in marked spots of the neighboring business' during regular business hours Monday-Friday (9-4pm) . We like our neighbors and want them to like us back. After 4PM and weekends, minimal restrictions. Ample parking available.
What are your gym membership rates?
Please see the membership page. Rates start as low as $70/per month and day passes are available. Can I bring my dog,cat,peacock,chicken,etc to the gym?
While we love dogs and all animals, at this time only ADA Certified Service Animals are allowed. We do plan on changing this in the future! Hang tight!
Can I film my workouts in the gym?
Yes of course. There are tripods available to use by the fridge, in the corner. PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND ASK if others are around and make sure they’re ok with it. Your workout video isn’t more important than their security.
